Connecting chalets<\/h2>\n

We provide a complete and safe connection of your chalet to the available utilities, so everything is ready to use. From water and electricity to sewerage, we ensure professional installation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Connecting utilities<\/h2>\n

The work includes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Connection to the sewer.<\/li>\n
  • Connection to drinking water, excluding any tap with a non-return valve.<\/li>\n
  • Connection to electricity.<\/li>\n
  • Bringing any cable TV (CAI) connection inside.<\/li>\n
  • Bringing in and connecting electricity for air conditioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Connection requirements<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Utilities are located within 0.5 metres of the chalet.<\/li>\n
    • Pipes have been properly prepared and capped.<\/li>\n
    • Installations are ready for use.<\/li>\n
    • The chalet is easily accessible all around and underneath.<\/li>\n
    • There is at least 50 cm of working space beneath the chalet.<\/li>\n
    • Access to the inside of the chalet is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
      \n

      Important points<\/h2>\n

      Work may be interrupted in unsafe conditions, for example if there is water beneath the chalet.<\/p>\n

      Draft terms<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Damage to roof tiles, interiors or tiling is outside our liability, in accordance with our terms.<\/li>\n
      • We provide no guarantee against subsidence resulting from ground or weather conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Work not included in the quotation<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Installation of downpipes, gutters, outdoor taps or outdoor lighting.<\/li>\n
        • Repair or installation of heating tape.<\/li>\n
        • Other work not specifically listed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Additional work may be carried out by agreement and charged on the basis of actual costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
